Swift Creek Cleanouts ยท Back to the website

Service terms

Effective September 8, 2026. These terms explain the quote and payment process and service scope.

Quotes and agreed scope

Each cleanout is quoted after reviewing the items, volume, access, weight, and disposal needs. We confirm the scope and price before work begins. Agreed work may include sorting as directed, labor, loading, haul-away, and a basic broom-clean finish. Extra items, additional loads, specialty disposal, and work outside the agreed scope require a separately approved quote before that work begins.

Booking and payment

Submitting a quote form is free and does not book an appointment. Before booking, we confirm the work, total quoted price, appointment, payment arrangements, and cancellation conditions. An owner-issued private payment request shows the agreed job total and the amount currently requested, identified as full payment, a deposit, or the remaining balance. Review that scope and amount before proceeding. A deposit is part of the job total, not an additional charge, and does not by itself pay the remaining balance.

When online payments are active, card details are entered in Stripe-hosted checkout. No recurring billing or saved-card charges are initiated by this website. Returning from checkout does not alone confirm payment; the payment request must show a confirmed status. Payment does not automatically reserve an unconfirmed date or arrival window.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Sending an inquiry creates no cancellation fee. Cancellation conditions and any applicable deposit or refund arrangements must be disclosed and agreed before booking; this website does not impose an automatic nonrefundable-deposit policy. Contact us through your booking conversation to request changes or discuss a refund. Refunds are reviewed by the business and processed through Stripe when applicable. Do not make a second payment to resolve a pending status; ask us to check the existing payment first.

What stays and what goes

You must own the items or have authority to approve removal. Identify belongings to keep before loading starts. Removal is limited to approved items. Provide safe access and disclose stairs, restricted parking, unstable items, unusually heavy objects, pests, or other hazards.

Excluded and separately assessed work

We do not accept hazardous chemicals, fuel, asbestos, explosives, ammunition, biohazards, or regulated hazardous waste. Service does not include demolition, structural work, electrical or plumbing disconnection, mold remediation, or deep cleaning. Construction debris and specialty disposal are considered only after an appropriate disposal route and separate scope are confirmed. Unsafe work may be declined or paused.

Disposal and questions

Disposal, donation, and recycling depend on material and receiving-facility acceptance rules. We do not promise every item can be donated or recycled. Ask questions through your booking correspondence or the quote form. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
